At Aurevantajet, we believe that a private charter should be arranged with clarity from the first consultation through to departure. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how consultation bookings, accepted charter bookings, itinerary changes and refunds are handled for our six-tier private jet fleet.

1. Consultation Before Charter Confirmation

Our website allows prospective clients to review our available aircraft tiers and request a consultation by selecting a preferred date. A consultation request is not a flight booking and does not constitute a corroborated charter.

The consultation takes place at our Singapore office, Genting Building 83 Genting Ln, Singapore 349568, with a charter expert. During this meeting, the proposed aircraft, routing, departure arrangements, passenger requirements, catering and other requested services may be discussed and tailored to the client's needs.

Following the consultation, Aurevantajet will provide a quotation based on the agreed flight plan and requirements.

2. When a Booking is Accepted

A charter booking is accepted only after the client has accepted the quotation and paid the full quoted amount in cash at our Singapore office.

Our website does not process payments, and Aurevantajet does not charge website booking fees, processing fees or other additional charges beyond the agreed quotation, unless an additional service or itinerary change is subsequently requested and separately agreed.

Clients should review the quotation and agreed itinerary carefully before making payment, as the accepted quotation forms the basis of the overall charter arrangement.

3. Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to flight@aurevantajet.com. The applicable cancellation period will be determined by the time xxx receives the cancellation notice in relation to the scheduled departure time.

More than 72 hours before departure:
The client will receive a total refund of the amount paid.

Between 72 and 24 hours before departure:
The client will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

Within 24 hours of departure:
No refund will be available.

For clarity, the applicable refund percentage is determined by the time the cancellation email is received by Aurevantajet. Clients should therefore allow sufficient time for their cancellation request to reach us.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Because charter payments are accepted in cash at our office, any accepted refund will be arranged by Aurevantajet following corroboration of the booking and cancellation request. The client may be required to provide reasonable information confirming the booking and identity of the person entitled to receive the refund.

No refund entitlement under this Policy shall be interpreted as excluding any mandatory right or solution that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Singapore law.

5. Changes to an Accepted Itinerary

Requests to amend an accepted flight plan or itinerary must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time by emailing flight@aurevantajet.com.

A requested change is not effective until substantiated by Aurevantajet. Depending on aircraft availability, routing, operational requirements, third-party arrangements or additional services, a requested change may not always be possible and may result in a revised quotation.

Requests received less than 48 hours before departure may be declined where operationally or commercially impracticable.

6. Operational and Regulatory Requirements

All charter arrangements remain subject to applicable aviation, safety, security, immigration, airport and regulatory requirements. The Air Navigation Act 1966 and applicable subsidiary aviation regulations provide Singapore's framework for the regulation and safety of civil aviation.

Accordingly, Aurevantajet may need to modify or decline an itinerary where required for safety, regulatory compliance, aircraft availability or other legitimate operational reasons. Where Aurevantajet is unable to provide the contracted charter for reasons attributable to Aurevantajet, the applicable solution will be determined in accordance with the booking terms and applicable Singapore law.

7. Fair Dealing and Singapore Consumer Law

This Policy is intended to operate consistently with Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, including its provisions concerning unfair practices in consumer transactions. Nothing in this Policy is intended to mislead clients, create a false impression regarding their rights, or exclude rights that Singapore law does not permit a business to exclude.

Where applicable, contractual terms will also be interpreted subject to the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, including its requirements concerning the reasonableness of certain contractual limitations.

8. Personal Data and Cancellation Requests

Information submitted in connection with consultations, bookings, cancellations and itinerary changes will be handled in accordance with Aurevantajet’s Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

We may use information contained in a cancellation or refund request to verify the booking, process the request, maintain appropriate records and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable PDPA obligations, including purpose limitation, protection, retention, access and correction requirements.
