Yes, suitable private aircraft can operate international journeys, subject to aircraft range, airport compatibility, applicable regulations, permits, immigration requirements, weather, and other operational considerations. Our team evaluates each itinerary individually to determine suitable aircraft and airports and to coordinate the necessary arrangements for the proposed international journey.

There is no single booking time frame that applies to every journey. Availability, aircraft positioning, airport requirements, permits, and itinerary complexity can affect planning. We recommend contacting our team as early as practical, particularly for international journeys, larger groups, peak travel periods, or specific aircraft requirements.

Catering can generally be arranged according to the aircraft, itinerary, and available service options. Clients can discuss meal preferences, dietary requirements, beverages, and other requests with our team during planning. Specific catering choices and availability vary by aircraft, departure location, flight duration, and operational arrangements.

Baggage capacity varies considerably between aircraft and depends on cabin configuration and available storage. Passenger numbers, baggage dimensions, weight, and aircraft performance can also affect requirements. We recommend providing baggage details when requesting a quotation so our team can confirm whether the proposed aircraft is appropriate.

Changes may be possible depending on aircraft availability, airport restrictions, permits, scheduling, and operational requirements. Additional charges or revised terms may apply. If your plans change, contact our team as soon as possible. We will assess the requested amendment and explain the available options before any change is accepted.

Charter pricing depends on the aircraft, itinerary, flight duration, positioning, airport charges, services requested, and other operational factors. Your quotation should clearly identify the agreed services and applicable charges. Additional costs may apply for requested services or itinerary changes, and these will be communicated during the booking process.
